Meet Dr. Kim Dixon

Becoming a mother later in life opened my eyes to just how complex women’s health can be. Even with nearly 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, nothing prepared me more than living through it myself. I know what it’s like to search for answers, to feel brushed off, and to want real solutions. That perspective shapes how I approach care, blending decades of clinical expertise with empathy that comes from experience, not just education.

I’ve treated professional athletes, weekend warriors, new moms, and women navigating midlife shifts. Strength looks different at every stage. For me, it looked like running my first Spartan race at 50. For you, it might mean lifting without leaking, sleeping through the night, or just feeling steady in a body that’s been through a lot.

My practice blends advanced orthopedic training with pelvic health specialization. I stay sharp by constantly reading, researching, and refining how I treat. You won’t find trendy advice here—just informed, individualized care for everything your body’s carried you through.
