Pelvic health. Orthopedic insight.
Care that sees the whole picture.
You’ve done your research. You’ve tried the stretching, the Kegels, the PT that didn’t look past your symptoms. You’re tired of being told “you’re fine” when your body says otherwise.
At Pearl Physical Therapy, we treat the whole you, not just your pelvic floor or pain point. Whether you're newly postpartum, navigating perimenopause, or years into unexplained symptoms, our work starts with listening and leads to real relief.
Strong is specific.
So is your care.
Connecting the dots others miss. Whether it starts with leaking, pain, pressure, or just feeling off—you’re in the right place.

From diastasis recti to leaking when you lift or sneeze—we’ll rebuild core strength and help you return to movement with confidence.
Pelvic Pain & Prolapse
We address the root causes of pressure, heaviness, or painful sex with care that looks at the whole body, not just the symptoms.
Perimenopause & Menopause
Hormonal changes can shift everything. We’ll help you adapt, stay strong, and support your pelvic floor through it all.
Back, Hip & SI Joint Pain
If you’ve tried PT before and didn’t get results, it might be time to consider how your pelvic floor is contributing.
Trusted info for the questions no one warned you about.
You shouldn’t have to dig through forums or outdated advice to understand your symptoms. These resources are here to help you make sense of it all and feel more equipped, whether you’re exploring pelvic PT for the first time or navigating life changes with a little more curiosity.
Nothing taught me more about the body than becoming a mom at 40 and entering perimenopause not long after.
Meet Dr. Kim Dixon
Becoming a mother later in life opened my eyes to just how complex women’s health can be. Even with nearly 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, nothing prepared me more than living through it myself. I know what it’s like to search for answers, to feel brushed off, and to want real solutions. That perspective shapes how I approach care, blending decades of clinical expertise with empathy that comes from experience, not just education.
I’ve treated professional athletes, weekend warriors, new moms, and women navigating midlife shifts. Strength looks different at every stage. For me, it looked like running my first Spartan race at 50. For you, it might mean lifting without leaking, sleeping through the night, or just feeling steady in a body that’s been through a lot.
My practice blends advanced orthopedic training with pelvic health specialization. I stay sharp by constantly reading, researching, and refining how I treat. You won’t find trendy advice here—just informed, individualized care for everything your body’s carried you through.
